who could not see
the beauty of my prose
the wit of my voice
or the wisdom of my ideas
I will keep writing
I will keep learning
and one day
you will want my work
But until then
You know what you can do

Jeannine – When I started writing I was amazed at how good I was. (Sure, I’d been writing reports, plans, marketing copy, emails and white papers for years but I never considered it writing. It was part of the job.) Six years later, I’m amazed at how bad I was. Take care – Susan
I know I have much to learn, but I think at that moment you send your work out to be published, you really have to believe in yourself as a writer, whatever the world might say. Besides, it wouldn’t be me if I didn’t snark about it at least a little 🙂
