Ah … the GOOD wine. I’m currently hoarding a bottle in my kitchen. Opened it, realized, “So THAT’S why it costs so much more!” … and haven’t been able to make myself touch it since. You gotta save the good stuff for the perfect occasions. (And how often do THEY come along?!)
If you’ve already opened it, then drink it before it becomes vinegar. I find that the right wine can make a nothing day a special occasion.
